To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all clients, please review our appointment policies below:

🔒 Booking Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment upfront to book future appointment

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and appointment may need to be rescheduled.

💳 Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance (after deposit) is due on the day of service. Accepting cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
