1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in a full range of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics nails using tips or forms, nail art, and designs. Visit our Services page for a full list.

2. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Not necessarily. Appointments are highly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Without deposits, walking are at a first come first serve basis.

3. How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our online booking system on gloss genius or Booksy, by calling or texting (216)750.8872 , or visiting the salon in person.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Deposits will be forfeited for same day cancellations and no shows.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

6. Are your tools and equipment sanitized?

Yes. strict sanitation protocols are followed. All tools are sterilized using hospital-grade disinfectants, and disposable tools are used where appropriate.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in-store or online.

8. Can I bring my own polish or tools?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own polish or tools. Let your technician know upon arrival.

9. Do you offer services for kids?

Yes! kid-friendly services are offered

10. What should I do if I have an issue with my nails after the appointment?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues within 3–5 days of your visit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
